If for some reason you are not happy with your product, you have every right to return it.
Your Options As Our Customer,
Option 1: For Custom Pieces- send your product back to us & you will recieve a refund of 70%. Since this piece was crafted for a specific use or person, extra time went into the crafting of this product. Customer pays for shipping costs.
Option 2: For Stock Items- 100% of your unwanted product cost will be refunded, and the product will be replace to our In Stock Page, but will not be resold to the original buyer. Customer pays for shipping costs.
Option 3: Chain Choker Collars & Hex/Snake Chain Returns- due to the amount of chain collars needed to have all sizes and styles in stock, we custom order certain products to suit your needs and therefore they are CUSTOM PRODUCTS. If you choose to return them, they will be placed on our In Stock page for sale of the original price. Customer pays cost of shipping.
Option 4: Exchanges (Custom Pieces Only)- Instead of a full refund, you may request a replacement product. The customer pays shipping costs to return the unwanted item to us. A new product of the EXCHANGE PRICE will be sent back to the customer, we pay the cost of shipping to you.
